Founded by ex-chefs Allan and Sue Miller, Nurtured in Norfolk was born out of a passion for creating more than just a garnish – they wanted to add depth and flavour to every dish. 10 years later, they’ve transformed their vision into a 4-acre nursery, now supplying over 280 varieties of top-quality edibles, from cut micro cress and edible flowers to micro veg and sea vegetables.
With a range of over 70 micro cresses alone, everything they grow is on a natural soil base, ensuring not only vibrant flavours but also a longer shelf life. 🌱💧
