🌍 Nick and James Parrish work closely with the Greensand Ridge Local Action Group, using funding from the European Agricultural Fund to bring in cutting-edge direct drill technology. This helps improve crop growth, reduce seed waste, and cut down on resource use!

🐝 Environmental stewardship is key at Parrish Farms. With uncultivated field borders to boost biodiversity and GPS-controlled tractors for precise planting, they blend tradition with innovation across 150 acres of shallots.

🔋 The farm is powered by renewable energy from solar panels and has invested in advanced storage facilities to keep crops fresh. Plus, winter reservoirs and smart irrigation ensure water efficiency, even during dry spells.
